Pricing
Pricing for incoming CoA checks
Check one certificate a day for free, with no account. Subscribe when the incoming-goods desk needs more files a month, or longer ones: paid access is a page code that arrives by email and lives in your browser.
Every plan runs the same checks. The plans change volume and page length, not the rules, and none of them changes who makes the release decision.

How paid access works
Each plan is a PayPal subscription. Select Subscribe on the plan and PayPal checkout opens for it; after you approve the subscription you come back to this page, and within a few minutes an email from [email protected] brings your page code, with a link back here that fills it in. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, look in spam.
The code holds the plan's allowance counted in pages: each CoA counts as up to 150 pages, so Pro is topped up with 200 × 150 = 30,000 pages a month and Team with 1,000 × 150 = 150,000. The first payment creates the code and every renewal tops up the same one. Enter it once in the field below and it stays in this browser, with no account to sign in to; the same code can be entered in several browsers, which is what the Team seats are.
The code is spent only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: a file over 10 pages, or a second file in a day. A file up to 150 pages is then converted in full. Unused pages roll over and never expire, and cancelling keeps the pages already paid for. For anything about a payment or a code, reply to the email or write to [email protected].
Payment approved. Your page code is on its way from [email protected] and usually arrives within a few minutes; look in spam if it has not. Enter it once in the field below and it stays in this browser.
Checkout was cancelled. Nothing was charged.
Card checkout is not available right now. To subscribe, email [email protected] with the plan name, Pro or Team, and billing will reply with the next step.
Used only for files over 10 pages, or a second file in a day. Code saved · enter a new one to replace This browser blocked storage, so the code is kept only until this tab is closed. That does not look like a page code. Codes look like OCR-XXXX-XXXX.
What do the plans count?
- Plan allowance
- A plan counts files and pages. Free allows 1 file per day of up to 10 pages. Pro allows 200 CoAs per month, with files up to 150 pages. Team allows 1,000 CoAs per month for 5 seats, with the same 150-page files. In this context a CoA is one uploaded file. On Pro and Team the allowance is delivered as a page code that holds files × 150 pages: 30,000 pages a month on Pro, 150,000 on Team.
The free allowance needs no account and is counted per device. Pro and Team are monthly PayPal subscriptions, priced in US dollars.
Checkout runs on PayPal, and card details are never entered on this site. After payment the page code comes by email from [email protected].
How to subscribe
Start free, then move up if the volume asks for it.
Check a certificate for free
Upload one CoA of up to 10 pages. You get the parameter table, the batch header card, the CSV and JSON files and a line in your browser log.
Choose Pro or Team
Pro suits one reviewer with up to 200 CoAs a month and long files. Team suits five people sharing 1,000 CoAs a month on one code.
Select Subscribe on the plan
PayPal checkout opens for that plan. Approve the subscription there and you come back to this page. If the page says card checkout is not available, write to [email protected] with the plan name and billing will reply with the next step.
Enter the page code once
Within a few minutes an email from [email protected] brings your page code and a link back here that fills it in. It stays in this browser, and the same code can be entered in several browsers.
Keep working as before
Downloads and the browser batch log work the same on every plan. The code is spent only on files the free allowance cannot cover, each renewal tops it up, and unused pages roll over.
What the money buys, compared
Where the effort goes in each approach.
| What you need | Manual spec check | Generic PDF-to-Excel | CertiClean |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it costs | Reviewer time on every certificate. | Whatever the converter charges, and the checking is still yours. | Free for 1 file a day; $79 (Pro) or $199 (Team) a month above that. |
| Where the effort goes | Reading and comparing every row. | Comparing and recording after the copy. | Reviewing the rows flagged red and amber. |
| Volume | Grows with every lot. | A separate sheet per file to merge. | 200 CoAs a month on Pro, 1,000 on Team, held as pages on a code (30,000 and 150,000 a month). |
| Page length | Any. | Depends on the tool. | Up to 10 pages free, up to 150 on Pro and Team. |
| Account needed | No. | Depends on the tool. | Never. Paid access is a page code kept in your browser. |
| Release decision | The qualified person. | The qualified person. | The qualified person. No plan changes that. |
Questions people ask
How much does CertiClean cost?
Free for 1 file per day of up to 10 pages, with no account. Pro is $79 per month for 200 CoAs per month and files up to 150 pages. Team is $199 per month for 5 seats and 1,000 CoAs per month, with the same 150-page files. Both are PayPal subscriptions.
What is in the free plan?
One file per day of up to 10 pages with no account: the parameter table with pass, fail and could-not-evaluate status, the batch header card, the parameter CSV and JSON, and the batch log line in your browser.
What counts as one CoA?
One uploaded file. A file with several certificates in it is still one file. On Pro and Team the allowance is held as pages on your code, 150 for each CoA in the plan: 200 × 150 = 30,000 pages a month on Pro, 1,000 × 150 = 150,000 on Team.
Is the free allowance per person or per device?
Per device. It resets daily and needs no sign-up.
What happens to a file longer than 10 pages?
It is not rejected. On the free allowance the first 10 pages are converted, a notice above the result says how many pages were converted, and the downloads are named with -partial so a cut-short export is not mistaken for the whole file. A page code converts the whole file, up to 150 pages, within the pages left on the code.
When is the page code used?
Only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: a file over 10 pages, or a second file in a day. Scans and photos are part of the free allowance like any other file. With the code a file up to 150 pages is converted in full, and after each such file the page shows how many pages are left on the code.
What happens when I reach my limit?
The page shows the message the service returns, with a link back here and a reminder to enter your page code if you bought one. Nothing in your browser log is affected.
What do the 5 seats on Team mean?
Team is for up to five people sharing one allowance of 1,000 CoAs a month. There are no accounts: the same page code can be entered in several browsers, so each person enters it once in theirs and the pages are counted on the code. The batch log lives in each person's browser; combine logs by merging the CSV downloads.
Do paid plans change the checks?
No. The rules are the same on every plan. Paid plans raise the volume and the page limit.
How do I pay?
Each plan is a PayPal subscription. The button on the plan opens PayPal checkout; card details are never entered on this site. After you approve the subscription you come back to this page, and the page code arrives by email from [email protected] within a few minutes (check spam if it does not). If the page says card checkout is not available, write to [email protected] with the plan name.
How do I change or stop a subscription?
Write to [email protected], or reply to the email that brought your code. Subscriptions are monthly. Cancelling keeps the pages already paid for on your code, and unused pages roll over and never expire.
Do you issue invoices or receipts?
Billing questions, including receipts, go to [email protected].
Is there a plan for validated or regulated use?
No plan changes the nature of the tool. It is a working checker with no electronic signatures, audit trail or access control, and it makes no claim of validation or of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
